Registration

When can I register?

Registration will open on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET

How do I know my registration has been confirmed?

After you submit the online form, you should receive an email directly from one of our organizers with confirmation and instructions for payment, if applicable.

Who can register?

This event is open to all NARHC members and non-members interested in advocating for rural health.

What is included in the cost of registration?

The following is included for all registered attendees:

  • Advocacy training 

  • Networking opportunities

  • Catered reception + (1) Free drink ticket

  • Discounted hotel room at the Double Tree by Hilton Washington, DC-Crystal City

  • CEU credits for CRHCP students

  • Participation in congressional meetings with members of congress

  • Complimentary garage parking

How much does it cost to register?

Registration fee is free to all NARHC members. Non-members will be subjected to a $300 registration fee.

How do I cancel/transfer my registration?

To cancel and/or transfer your registration, you must complete the official Cancellation/Transfer Form and email it to Mo Sullivan at mo.sullivan@narhc.org. Refunds will be issued based on a time schedule of which you can find more details here.

Logistics

Where will the summit be held?

The event will be located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington, DC-Crystal City, 300 Army Navy Dr, Arlington, VA 22202 and will take place in the Monument View Room (North Tower, 14th floor).

Will this event be virtual?

​Unfortunately, there will be no option to attend virtually. 

What is the dress code?

​We encourage business casual attire. 

Will food be provided?

Yes! Light snacks, coffee and water will be provided during break and following the summit will be a catered reception, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Travel

How do I reserve a room at the group rate?

Use the dedicated booking link provided in your confirmation email. This will automatically apply the NARHC Policy Summit group rate. Contact one of our team members if you cannot access the link. 

Where do I find the airport shuttle at DCA?

What is the deadline to book at the group rate?

The cut-off date is May 10, 2026. We recommend booking early, as the room block may sell out.

Will parking be available?

​Yes, the hotel will be offering complimentary self-parking in their parking garage on the day of the event. 

What happens if I need to cancel or transfer my room reservation under the group rate?

Please contact the hotel directly to make any changes to your reservation.

Hill Day

How many congressional meetings will I be expected to attended.

We encourage participation in at least 1-3 congressional meetings.

Am I responsible for scheduling my own meetings?

No, our team will be assisting participates with scheduling their congressional meetings.

How do I cancel my scheduled meetings?

To make any changes to your scheduled meetings, please contact Mo Sullivan at mo.sullivan@narhc.org.

Members

Does this conference offer CEU credits for NARHC CRHCP students?

Yes! CRHCP students attending this conference will be credited up to (2) CEUs.
