Advancing the future for Rural Health Clinics

Hosted annually by the National Association of Rural Health Clinics, this premier policy summit is the leading national forum for Rural Health Clinic (RHC) professionals, advocates, and policymakers.

 

Held over two dynamic days in Washington, D.C. & Northern Virginia area, attendees will have the chance to engage directly with members of Congress and federal agencies, gain critical insights into the evolving policy landscape, and collaborate with peers from across the country to advance the mission of rural health. Whether you're new to advocacy or a seasoned policy expert, the summit equips you with the tools, knowledge, and connections to make a lasting impact.

Attendance for this Summit is limited to 80 participants.

Advocate registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, to maximize our collective impact across congressional offices, NARHC reserves the right to ensure a diverse and balanced geographic representation among attendees.

We have secured a discounted group rate for NARHC Policy Summit attendees at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC – Crystal City, conveniently the same location as our event venue.

  • Rate: $249/night (plus applicable taxes: 6% sales tax and 8.25% occupancy tax)

  • Available Rooms: 40 rooms per night

  • Dates Available: June 9–11, 2026

  • Room Type: King Bed with Full Sofa Bed

  • Cut-Off Date: Reservations must be made by May 10, 2026 to guarantee the group rate.

  • Booking Link: Will be provided once your registration has been confirmed.

After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle

Parking & Public Transit

Attendees will receive complimentary parking in the hotel parking garage.

The nearest metro station is Pentagon City and is roughly a 10 min. walk to/from the conference location.
